Long ago I wanted to participate in breadbakingday and when I saw in the Happy Cook blog the delicious buns that she made , and then I found this delicious recipe for blueberry buns and share with you.
I adapted this recipe from Paula Magazine recipes (2009)

Ingredients
Dough
18 grs. yeast bread
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup wam milk
4 tablespoons of melted butter
1 egg
1 yolk egg
1 teaspoon of lemon peel grated
3 and half cup of plain flour
1/2 cup of sugar
oil to brush
Filling and Icing
1 cheese cream Philadelphia (217 g)
1 tablespoon of cream
50 g. of sugar
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
1 cup of blueberries
250 grs, apricot jam
1 tablespoon pf lemon juice2 tablespoon of melted butter
1 white egg beatenMethod
1.In a bowl place the yeast, warm water and warm milk, mix and set aside by 15 to 20 minutes.
Add the melted butter, the egg , yolk and lemon peel, Join well and reserve.
2. In other bowl mix the flour, pinch of salt,and sugar. Mix well and add the egg milk.Join well with a woodespoon until you have a soft dough. ( if is necessary add some flour.)
Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Filling and Icing
In a bowl place the cream cheese and the liquid cream and sugar, stir well until is homogeneous.Add the lemon grated peel and blueberries. Reserve.
Icing
In a sauce pot heat the apricot jam and lemon juice, cook medium heat and stir until have and icing.
Pour out the dough and knead a few times to release the gas from the dough. Extend the dough and make a rectangle. Filling with the blueberries cream cheese mix, spread.roll the dough and brush the sides with the white and water mix. Cut 18 to 20 portions and buttered a muffins pan (I use two) . Place the portions in the pan and let by 30 minutes before bake
.Brush the tops of the buns with the egg wash for about 30 to 35 minutes or till lightly browned. Cool on a wire
When are ready brush with the icing jam and set aside by a while.

Hace tiempo que querìa hacer alguna receta de bollos y justamente cuando visitè el Blog de Happy Cook. y vi que su receta de bollos era para participar en el evento de Breadbankingday que organiza este mes Rachel y el tema son: bollos.
Encontrè esta receta de una revista de recetas Paula 2009.
Bollos con aràndanos
18 gramos levadura granulada
1/4 taza de agua tibia
1/2 taza de leche tibia
4 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
1 huevo
1 yema de huevo
1 cucharadita de ralladura de limòn
3 y 1/2 tazas de harina normal
pizca de sal
1/2 taza de azùcar
aceite para pincelar
Relleno y glaseado
1 paquete de queso crema Filadelfia o similar
1 cucharada de crema lìquida
1/4 taza de azùcar
1 cucharadita de ralladura de limòn
1 taza de aràndanos frescos o congelados
250 grs. mermelada de albaricoque
1 cucharada de jugo de limòn
2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
1 clara de huevo batida
Preparaciòn
1. En un bol colocar la levadura, agua tibia y leche tibia.Mezclar hasta disolver y dejar reposar 15 minutos. Agregar la mantequilla, huevo, yema, ralladura de limòn, mezclar hasta integrar.
2.En otro bol grande colocar la harina, sal y azùcar, hacer un hueco y agregar la mezcla anterior. Con una cuchara de madera mezclar hasta obtener una masa y colocar sobre una superficie lisa enharinada.
Amasar 10 minutos o hasta que la masa estè suave y elàstica.
3. En un bol pincelado con aceite colocar la masa, cubri con un paño de cocina y dejar reposar en un lugar tibio por una hora..

4. Preparar el relleno y el glaseado.
En un bol colocar el queso crema con la crema o nata lìquida y azùcar, batir hasta que la mezla estè homogènea, agregar los arándanos y reservar.
5.En una olla pequeña colocar la mermelada de albaricoque y el jugo de limòn, calentar a fuego medio hasta que tenga consistencia. Apagar y reservar.
6.En un recipiente mezclar la clara de huevo con agua frìa.
7. Pasarle el rodillo a la masa ya reservada hasta formar un rectàngulo,rellenar con la mezcla de queso crema y aràndanos, esparcir bien enrollar la masa y sellas los bordes con la mezcla de clara de huevo.
Cortar 20 pociones de bollos pequeñas y colocar en un molde de muffins enmantequillado.
Dejar reposar los bollos casi una hor en un lugar tibio.
Precalentar el horno a 180º C.
Pintar los bollos con el resto de la mezcla de clara de huevo. Cocinar de 30 a 35 minutos o hasta que estèn dorados. Retirar y dejar enfriar.
Pintar con el glacé de albaricoques y dejar reposar
